LAII Affiliated Faculty
LAII supports the work of any faculty member with teaching, research, or service commitments related to Latin American or Iberian topics, broadly defined. Most LAII Affiliated Faculty are also members of the Faculty Concilium on Latin America and Iberia, which elects the LAII Executive Committee and meets at least once per year to review the activities of the Institute. To learn more about how faculty interact and inform the LAII's activities, please see our faculty governance information.
The LAII holds affiliation with over 120 faculty members at UNM work in Latin America and Iberia. These faculty members serve on LAII governance committees, teach and research these areas, advise students, present their research and support the overall mission and vision of the Institute.
