A conversation with Woodblock Artists in Oaxaca Mexico: Nacen del Nopal explores the symbols, landscapes and traditions woven throughout printmaking in southern México. Through this hybrid discourse, we hope to move beyond the beauty of these pieces, to the “why” that drives artists to create. Join us as we present curators, historians, and artists from both sides of the border in order to help us understand this artistic revolution.
