Robert Donnelly comes to the PhD program in Latin American Studies after having earned an MA in Latin American Studies. He chose to come to UNM in large measure because of the faculty who focus on the region.

His interest in Latin American Studies derives from extended professional and personal experiences in Mexico and Guatemala.

Outside of his studies, Rob enjoys swimming and cycling.
