“I am studying Nahuatl because I want to intentionally work alongside communities across Abya Yala and the diaspora. This unique opportunity allows us to learn of different worldviews; this includes Indigenous languages. By learning Nahuatl, I hope to better approach community-led solutions to our society’s pressing issues.”
