Study Abroad University Exchange

Study abroad in Spain or Latin America and get UNM credit.  UNM has 80 convenios with universities in Latin America and Spain, the Organization of American States, as well as  Semester exchange agreements with 55 universities.

Latin American Data Base (LADB)

LADB is an online news and information service covering Mexico, Central America and the Carribean including Cuba, and South America.

Center for Latin American Resources and Outreach (CLARO)

CLARO supports K-12 teaching about Latin America.  It has a library of curriculum guides, videos, recordings, maps, and books that can be borrowed or purchased.  Contact CLARO for faculty and student speakers who will visit area schools to offer class presentations on Latin American themes,  such as history, culture, literature, recent events, human rights issues, and the environment.
