Associate Professor Suzanne M. Schadl received an appointment in University Libraries at The University of New Mexico in 2008, where she serves as the Curator of Latin American Collections and Outreach Coordinator and oversees one of the largest and most respected Latin American library holdings in the country. She also serves as President Elect of the Seminar on the Acquisition of Latin American Library Materials (SALALM) and Editor of the Resources for College Libraries' Spanish and Portuguese Literatures list. Throughout her curatorial work, teaching, and research, Schadl addresses how best to access and represent voices less commonly disseminated in academic works, special collections, and digital curations.
