Assistant Professor Agustín León-Moreta teaches within the School of Public Administration at The University of New Mexico. He is a former Fulbright Fellow and a recipient of several awards and grants, including the Ruth Cox Dissertation Award of the Florida Public Affairs Center and the FSU Dissertation Research Grant. A former practitioner, he worked for the Internal Revenue Service of Ecuador in senior positions. His areas of research and teaching interests include public budgeting and financial management, institutions, federalism, policy analysis, and empirical research methodologies.
